Our electronic pre-press department features two Macintosh work stations with all the latest graphics programs, including Preps© electronic imposition software, as well as a Scitex Dolev© 400 imagesetter, enabling full-service digital output of fully imposed, trapped, and ready-to-plate film with no manual stripping required. This cuts down significantly on prepress production costs.

Large Press Department

Our two Heidelberg SORMZ 2-color 29" presses produce some of the finest quality printing available. The size is ideal for printing oversize posters, die-cut presentation folders, as well as multi-signature saddle-stitch or perfect-bound booklets. When run in tandem, these presses are also capable of producing fine quality four-color process work.

Bindery

All cutting and folding operations are done in house. Our 35" Polar Cutter with micro cut enables precision cutting on all job types. Our 20"x26" Baum Legend folder is capable of high-speed folding of brochures and booklet signatures.
